D2K Construction Services was established in 2005 and has been going strong since. We started with just one truck and trailer doing Landscaping repairs for Builders. When the market started to decline in 2006 we decided we needed to diversify in order to stay in business. We became a licensed general contractor and started work in the REO/property preservation industry as well. We now have a variety of clients from big banks to small credit unions, and Large Asset Management Companies to Mom and Pop Asset Management Companies as well as having a large Client base of REO Realtors. We also cater to all different levels of investors as well as home owners, from a person just trying to get a good deal on a foreclosure that needs repairs, to the small time house flipper to the Professional Investor that buys large portfolios of properties. We are a women owned business and became certified through NWBOC in March of 2010. We also became EPA certified recently due to new lead paint law. We have a great working relationship with all of our clients and are always looking to create more.
